PeterJAKEMANPete Of Yeovil Passed away peacefully on the 14th January 2019 in West Abbey Care Centre aged 69 years. He will be sadly missed by his son Sam and all the family. Funeral service will take place on Friday 1st February 2019 1.00pm at St James Church Preston Plucknett followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please.
